OMNIRIQ ("we") respects your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address — used only to send beta invites and product updates.
Context documents (beta users): stored encrypted at rest, used solely to power your own AI memory. Never used to train models. Never shared.
Logs: minimal technical logs for security and reliability.

What we never do

Sell personal data.
Read your documents for any purpose other than serving your queries.
Keep your API keys outside your encrypted vault.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time: support@omniriq.com (subject: GDPR REQUEST), or use the self-service buttons in your console under “Your data & privacy”.

Your GDPR rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have specific rights under data protection law. OMNIRIQ honors these rights for every user worldwide, not only EU residents:

Right to access & portability: download a complete, machine-readable JSON export of everything we hold about you — one click in your console, any time.
Right to erasure: permanently delete your account and every associated row (agents, documents, logs, waitlist entry) — one click plus confirmation, irreversible by design.
Right to rectification: correct your details in the console, or email us and we will fix them within 48 hours.
Right to restriction & objection: ask us to pause or limit specific processing (for example, stop embedding a document) and we will comply within 48 hours.
Right to complain: you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; we will cooperate fully with any legitimate inquiry.

How we protect your data
