Click Export my data in your console to instantly download a JSON file containing every piece of personal data we hold: your profile, agents, uploaded documents metadata, and recent agent logs. The file is machine-readable so you can move to another service if you wish.
Click Delete my account in your console and confirm with the word DELETE. Every row associated with your account — user record, agents, documents, logs, waitlist entries — is permanently removed from the database within seconds. We do not retain soft copies or backups of deleted accounts beyond our standard 30-day infrastructure retention.
Update your email or plan details at any time through your console. If something else needs correction, email us and we will fix it within 48 hours.
You may ask us to stop processing your data for specific purposes (for example, stop using a document for embeddings while retaining your account). We will comply within 48 hours of receiving your email to support@omniriq.com.
If you believe we have not honored your rights, you may contact your local supervisory authority. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate inquiry.
Every GDPR request is handled by the founder directly (this is still a small company). Standard response time is under 48 hours; maximum legal window is 30 days. We never charge fees for legitimate requests.
